By using the instaz.ai website and its services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

instaz.ai is a service that generates visual content (carousels) with artificial intelligence for publishing on social media platforms, and allows scheduling automatic publishing to a linked Instagram account through an external publishing provider.

2. Your account

Your details must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every activity carried out through your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts in order to obtain additional trial credits exposes all of those accounts to suspension and to the withdrawal of their credits.
The service is not directed at anyone under 16 years of age.

3. Credits and their validity period

A “credit” is a single unit of consumption, equal to generating one image.
A credit is valid for 30 days from the subscription date. Whatever is not consumed within that period expires; it is not carried over and is not exchanged for cash.
Editing a generated image consumes a credit, just as generating does.
Credits are not transferable between accounts and are not for sale.

Automatic publishing requires an active subscription. When your subscription ends, scheduled publishing stops. We recommend generating and downloading what you need to your device before the period ends.

4. Upgrading between plans

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the additional credits granted by the new plan are added to your account, while the number of days in your subscription does not increase — the upgrade buys the remainder of your current period with higher features, not a new period.

5. Content and your responsibility for it

You own the content you generate, and you bear full responsibility for publishing and using it.
You acknowledge that the content is machine-generated and may contain errors or inaccurate information. Reviewing it before publishing is your responsibility.
Using the service to produce content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing on the rights of others, or in breach of the policies of the platforms you publish on is prohibited.
We have the right to suspend any account that uses the service for violating purposes, with no refund.

6. Reliance on third parties

Publishing depends on external platforms and providers. We do not guarantee the continuity of their services or their acceptance of any particular content, and we are not responsible for the suspension or restriction of your account on those platforms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any marketing results or any particular engagement will be achieved. In all cases, our liability does not exceed the amount you paid during the last 30 days.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and an update takes effect from the date it is published on this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means that you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
