Refund Policy

In short: the amount can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment, on the condition that no image has been generated. Once a single image has been generated, or any part of the generation services has been consumed, no refund is possible — neither full nor partial.

When you are entitled to a full refund

The full amount is refunded when both conditions are met together:

That no more than 7 days have passed since the date of payment.
That you have not generated any image, and have not consumed any part of the generation services on the subscription.

When the right to a refund lapses

After generating any image — even a single image. The service is digital and its cost is spent at the moment of generation and cannot be recovered.
After using or consuming any of the generation services (generation, editing, regeneration).
After 7 days have passed since payment, regardless of consumption.

There is no partial refund in any case — not for unconsumed credits, and not for the remaining days.

Expiry of credits

A credit is valid for 30 days from the subscription date. Credits expiring without being consumed does not create a right to a refund.

Cancelling a recurring subscription

You can stop renewal at any time; your subscription then stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after it. Stopping renewal is not a refund.

Cases in which we refund regardless of the above

A duplicate charge for the same subscription caused by a technical error on our side.
A failure on our side that prevented you from using the service throughout the paid period and that we were unable to fix.

How to request a refund

Write to us through the contact page from the email registered in your account, including the date of payment. We reply within 3 business days, and an approved amount is returned by the same payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
